Juicing, Smoothies and Chia Seed Pudding!

Fruit and Veggies

Juicer used: Braun

Here I used

1 pear

2 apples

5 carrots

Fruit Smoothie

Blender: Breville 

Ingredients used

Yogurt 

Peaches

Strawberries 

Grapes

Banana

Water and Pom Juice

I sprinkled chia, flax and hemp hearts on top. 

Chia Seed Pudding with Oatmeal and Banana 

Ingredients 

1/4 chia seeds

1cup almond milk

A dash of cinnamon

1tbs honey

1 pack oatmeal or some granola

1 banana

1tbs raisins

Instructions

In a cup or mason jar add

1/4 cup of Chia seeds

 1 cup of almond milk

a dash of cinnamon

 1tbs tablespoon of honey.

Stir really well and put it the fridge until the next day.

You can then add all the toppings you like!

I added oatmeal banana and raisins but feel free to add whatever kind of fruit and toppings you like. if you have granola bits it would be great too!
