Winter Meringues | RECIPE


I really love these for a Winter Treat…


Set oven at 200 degrees


3 large egg whites

1/4 tsp cream of tarter

3/4 cups caster sugar

1/4 tsp pure vanilla

Almond slivers for the top ( I used my own pumpkin spiced almonds ground up)

 Mix the egg whites until they foam up. I use a hand mixer.

Add the cream of tarter.

Mix until the egg white holds soft peaks.

Add sugar slowly and Continue to beat until it holds stiff peaks.

Add vanilla.

Now you can use a pastry bag


use a spoon and use your  finger to create a swirl.

Add almonds if you like or ground up pistachios!

 Place on parchment paper and bake at 200 degree oven for 1 3/4 hours.
