I’m dedicating this recipe to my father in law. He loved his lupinis simple with a little salt. I decided to create this recipe today in honour of him!
Ingredients and instructions
1 Can lupini beans washed and the skin/shell off.
Place in food processor.
I used my blender.
Then in the same food processor or blender
Add
- 1 cup water
- The juice of 1 lemon
- 1/2 onion finely chopped.
- 2 garlic cloves
- 6 tbs of your preferred oil. I used olive and avocado oil.
- 1 tbs dry oregano
- 1 tbs garlic powder
- 1 tbs onion powder
- 1 tbs dry thyme
- 1tsp salt
After you blend really well add
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Worchestershire sauce
- 1tsp baking soda
Keep blending until smooth and fluffy.
Sprinkle Cayanne pepper on top.
