Javalicious Chia Seed Pudding



1 cup almond milk (room temp)
3 tbs chia seeds
1 tbs maple syrup
1 tbs pure vanilla extract
1/2 tsp coconut oil
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
1/2 tsp instant coffee. I used Nescafé
In a mason jar add all ingredients.
Make sure the almond milk is room temp because you don’t want the coconut oil to get chunky.
Shake like crazy.
Put in fridge for 20 min
Take it out shake again.
Place in fridge for a couple of hours.
