This recipe makes 6 to 8 cups. It’s a really refreshing, delicious and healthy fruit smoothie. Let me know if you try this! 


(I used frozen fruit)

1 cup peaches 

1 cup strawberries 

1 cup pineapple

1/2  cup grapes 

1 cup vanilla yogurt 

3 cups almond milk 

Sprinkle chia seeds and hemp hearts
On top!
