There’s nothing like having a wonderful egg salad sandwich with a cup of Earl Grey tea.
You can make three sandwiches with this recipe. I like to keep the extra filling In the fridge for the next day.
Ingredients
2 tbs finely chopped celery
1 tbs finely chopped onion
1/4 tsp salt
A pinch of black pepper
1tbs Olive oil
1/4 tsp fresh finely chopped dill.
1/4 cup mayo or veggie mayo or what ever mayonnaise you like.
Mix it all and add it to your preferred bread or toast.
I love egg salad sandwiches. And on rye bread? My heaven.
