3 tbs chia seeds
1 cup almond milk
2 tbs pecans
2 tbs of maple syrup
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla
1tbs brewed cold coffee
1/2 cup chunks of peaches (I used frozen peaches)
Shake the jar really well and leave it in the fridge overnight.
I take mine out in the morning and let it get to room temp. I add more nuts on the top.
