Carrot Cinnamon Muffins – Recipe



Ingredients and Instructions

In a bowl add

1 1/2 Cups of flour

1tsp Baking soda

1 tsp Baking powder

1/2 tsp Salt

1 tsp Cinnamon

In another bowl add

1/2 cup Sugar

1 Egg

1/2 cup Milk

1/3 cup Melted Butter

1 tsp Vanilla

Mix wet and dry together and add

1 1/2 cups of shredded carrot

Bake in a 400F oven for 20 to 25 min

Makes 12 muffins
