Hello my friends!

I made a yummy muffin recipe for you today with lots of seeds! I’m a huge fan of pumpkin pie spice and I love the texture of seeds. I combined the two and came up with this recipe. I hope you try this recipe and let me know what you thinK.

Preheat oven to 350F

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups of flour

1 tsp baking soda

1tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp Salt

1tsp pumpkin pie spices

1/2 cup sugar

1 egg

1/2 cup milk

1/3 cup vegetable oil

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup of seeds.

I used pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and cranberries. The seeds come in a bag. It’s actually a salad topper from Natural Source. These seeds are salted.

Instructions

In one bowl add all the dry ingredients.

In another wisk all the wet ingredients.

Combine both and add the seeds at the end.

I use silicone muffin cups. If you use paper I recommend spray them with a baking spay. Or you can use stick proof muffin papers.

Before putting them in the oven sprinkle them with seeds.

Bake at 350F for 20 to 23 min.

Enjoy!
