Hello my lovely readers! I hope you are having a lovely September! Today I have a very delicious smoothie that is very filling and will give you so much energy and lots of fibre. INGREDIENTS
1 and 1/2 CUPS of Almond Milk
1/4 Cup of Plain oatmeal
1 Banana
1tbs Honey
1tbs Chia Seeds
1tbs Flax Seeds
1tbs Hemp Hearts
1tbs Peanut Butter ( I used KRAFT All Natural Smooth Peanut butter)
Blend and Enjoy!
OH YUMMY! I can image this would be super filling. I love PB in pretty much anything! I sometimes buy this Greek yogurt that has natural PB in it… so delicious.
