Chai Chia Seed Pudding Recipe

   For this recipe you will need the following ingredients:

1 1/2 Cup Almond Milk

1/4 cup Chia Seeds (I use PRANA)

2tbs 100% Pure maple Syrup

1/4 tsp Powder ginger

1/4 tsp Powder all spice

1/4 tsp Ground cinnamon

1 Chai tea bag

Add the Almond milk in a pot and start warming it up.


Keep the Almond milk warm then add all the spices, maple syrup  and tea bag. Continue to warm it up for 2-3 min.

Take it off the heat add the chia  seeds and stir.

Add them to your cups or bowls and place them in the fridge for 1 hr.

You can have this warm or cold.
