bestdayblogger blog header

I kindly received Bio-Oil for review purposes. I’ve always wanted to try Bio Oil so I’m very happy about this lovely PR Sample. It came with a beautiful orange wrap/towel. I must tell you right away that the scent is so lovely!  It has a light fresh floral scent. I find this oil to be really nice on the skin and I enjoy applying it. After having children I have stretch marks so I’m using this oil on all my stretch marks and also on scaring.  Bio-Oil is also great as a moisturizer and it really hydrates the skin after being in the sun or swimming. It is also a great conditioner for nails and cuticles. It is amazing to use on the legs after shaving and it definitely makes dry heels soft. It is also a great relief oil for itchiness from bug bites. It is the perfect Summer Multitasking oil!

Bio-Oil is a specialist skincare oil that helps improve the appearance of scars, stretch marks and uneven skin tone. It is also effective for aging and dehydrated skin. The Bio-Oil formulation is a combination of plant extracts and vitamins suspended in an oil base. It contains the breakthrough ingredient PurCellin Oil, which changes the formulation’s overall consistency, making it light and non-greasy. This ensures that the goodness contained in the vitamins and plant extracts is easily absorbed.

Overall I really love this oil.  I’ve only used this oil for a short period of time and I cannot determine if it has minimized the appearance of scars and stretch marks yet. What I can share with you is that Bio-Oil has helped hydrate my skin and keep it soft. It feels really nice on the skin and makes my skin look and feel good. I love the scent a lot and really love how the oil has has a thicker consistency then other oils which helps with hydration and nourishment. It also absorbs into my skin really nicely and doesn’t leave residue on the top of my skin. I absolutely love using this oil for my heels, cuticles and for after I shave. After shaving or even waxing I usually get irritated and red bumps on my skin but Bio-Oil has helped so much with taking down the inflammation and irritation.  I absolutely love this oil and I highly recommend it. I’m so grateful for this opportunity because I’m definitely buying more Bio-Oil when this one is finished.

Have you tried Bio-Oil before? Would love to know. Please leave me a comment. Would like to know your thoughts.
