DIOR Addict Lacquer Stick 2017 FEATURE

Introducing the new beautiful Dior Addict Lacquer Sticks. I’m super excited to share these with you and totally honoured! I’m a huge Dior fan and love everything about their skincare and makeup. These beauties are half lacquer and half lipstick. Easy to wear and the shine is stunning! The inspiration behind this collection of 18 beautiful shades comes from the idea of Paris meets California. Peter Philip was inspired by a 4 colour trend of this season: Pastel, Neon, Classic and Wild. Inspiration came through emblematic L.A.Spots and bathed in the light of the West Coast. The formula is concentrated and highly pigmented. It smells divine and is very nourished by fashion and effortless chic!

The packaging is eggplant in colour and plastic exterior and the inside is sleek and thin. Very sexy in my opinion. I adore the packaging and it feels really lovely to hold and apply this product on the lips.

The formula of these lacquers are so light, soft and creamy. They glide on smoothly and softly. They have extreme shine and have lovely nourishing oils which help with natural light reflection. I love how the applicator is thin and the product fits on my lips perfectly. They feel so silky on the lips and very sensual. The formula has really nourishing beeswax and is very long wearing. The colour very intense and love how the product glides and melts on the lips. A beautiful application that feels amazing.

A little about these colours:

Tease is in the Pastel Family, it pays tribute to the “Seduction” dress from the early House Collections. This eternally youthful pinkish beige. Very chic!

Turn Me Dior is a heightened raspberry red that is pure, unconditional and sensual. This shade is worn by Jennifer Lawrence in the campaign images.

Sauvage pushes the cursor to dark chocolate, striking on the skin-free from all constraint.  Totally something that I would wear!
