Mini Ghost Meringues

Happy Monday! I hope you had a lovely weekend! I made these mini cute meringues and they are so sweet and yummy I wanted to share the recipe with you. 👻



6 egg whites

1/2 tsp cream of tartar

1 cup of granulated sugar

1 tsp vanilla

Wilton candy eyes

Wilton halloween sprinkles

Wilton Black Decorating gel


Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Using a mixer beat 6 egg whites until you get a stiff peak add the vanilla very slowly. Then slowly add the sugar and cream of tartar as you keep mixing. When the meringue is fluffy and thick you can scoop it into the piping bag.

Use a cookie sheet with parchment.

Make mini meringues with your pipping bag.

If you are going to use sprinkles go a head and sprinkle them before they go in the oven.

If you want to add the eyes do that after the meringues are baked with icing sugar and water as the glue, or use decorating gel.

Place in the oven for one hour.

When you take the meringues out let them cool before peeling them off the parchment paper.
