I love pumpkin bread do you? I love having it with my morning coffee. I also enjoy adding almond butter on top. I’m so excited to share this recipe with you. I hope you try it out and please let me know if you do. Enjoy!
Set oven to 350F. Prepare two bread pans with parchment paper.
3 1/2 Cups of Flour
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp pumpkin spice powder
2 Cups Sugar
1 Cup Vegetable oil
2 Cups Fresh Roasted Pumpkin ( I roasted my pumpkin and pureed it.)
Mix the flour, baking soda, salt, pumpkin spice and cinnamon spice in one bowl.
In another bowl mix sugar, eggs, pumpkin puree and oil. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix with a spatula.
Pore evenly into the bread bans and bake in preheated oven 350F for 1 hour and 20 min or until toothpick comes out clean from the bread.
