CHANEL VISION D’ASIE: l’art du détail SPRING SUMMER 2019 COLLECTION offers beautiful colours and new textures. The new textures include Rouge Allure Liquid Lip Powders that feel like a soft fluffy cloud on the lips. They feel soft and light and when you move your lips together the formula feels smooth and silky. I adore the liquid powders because you can create a light look or a dark look with a beautiful matt texture that doesn’t feel drying.

Baume Essential offers the face a beautiful new highlighted look and a dewy look. They can be used on their own or together. They provide a beautiful natural glow. I love both textures and its fun to mix them together. The two balms are Transparent for the wet look and Sculpting for the most beautiful highlight. I feel that the CHANEL makeup brush really allows the product to be distributed and feathered out for a gentle and soft look.

The Baume Essential are absolutely incredible and I feel will be my spring and summer daily loves. I must also add that they do not feel sticky at all but very hydrating. I will also add that all the CHANEL products that are mentioned in this post are not scented at all.

I really adore the new colours of the Rouge Allure Velvet lipsticks. They feel so good and they are very smooth and silky on the lips. The Imperial is a beautiful strawberry red and Nuance is my favourite nude lipstick at the moment.

It is a pleasure to introduce you to CHANEL’S Spring – Summer 2019 Collection, named VISION D’ASIE: L’ART DU DÉTAIL.

Thank you to CHANEL for the incredible Samples. I’m loving each piece in this collection. The PR Package arrived in reusable beautiful bags and pouch. It also included beautiful posters that I’m definitely going to frame for my beauty room.

A photographic expedition to Japan and South Korea has introduced new territories and spectacular new effects of light to Lucia Pica’s ever-expanding beauty landscape at CHANEL.

From a glimmer of fish scales captured at a market in Tokyo to a nest of wires shot suspended over a side street in Seoul, Pica has immersed herself in the intimate minutiae of everyday life to which East Asian culture accords sacred value to. Such a close-up appreciation of quiet beauty and the elevation of the humblest of objects has inspired a richly nuanced makeup collection.

Lucia Pica describes the makeup for the show as “fresh, graphic and tells the story of the collection.”

I am so excited to share CHANEL Eyes Collection 2018. I have beautiful swatches and a a few eye makeup looks in the video. I love all the colours and there’s a plethora of ways you can use the eyeshadows. It’s always a pleasure to play around with the eyes. The eyes speak through and communicate so much. I’ll start with this lovely eyelid primer. I really love how this primer feels on the eyelid. It is light and clear. It dries nicely and helps the eyeshadow last longer. La Base Ombre À Paupières $39.00.

The perfect everyday eyeshadow. I love this so much. This is the cream eyeshadow in 838 Ultra Flesh. So soft and creamy. Peachy perfection and you can also use another eyeshadow on top. Blends out beautifully. Applies nicely with a brush and fingers. 838 Ultra Flesh $42.00.

This quad is beautiful! The pigmentation is amazing and as you see in the video I love the copper colour so much.

44 Bleu Sélène is a greyish blue colour. A beautiful shade that is cool and you can create a beautiful smokey eye. Blends so nicely and doesn’t have fallout.

I love this warm brown kohl pencil. 04 Electric Brown is creamy and soft on the eyelid. It blends nicely and is the perfect Fall Colour.

I love this mascara. The wand is amazing and grabs all the eyelashes. It really gives length and volume. Le Volume Révolution 10 Noir $45.00.

I’m very excited to share CHANEL’s Fall/Winter Collection called APOTHEOSIS Le Mat De CHANEL. I kindly received four pieces from the collection and I’ve created a Fall Makeup look. I’m excited to share it with you and I hope you like it.

Beautiful brown warm tones. I love this palette. I’ll be wearing this everyday in the fall. It reminds me of a warm hot chocolate. I really love the mat feel and texture.

This is an absolutely lovely eyeshadow khol liner. Creamy and soft. I enjoyed wearing this as a base on my eyelids.

One of my favourite colours in fall is red. I love the bright red trees and this reminds me of the prettiest red maple leaves. The texture is soft and creamy and it’s the perfect matte lip crayon.

The CHANEL Fall/winter 2018 collection is really beautiful and rich with warm tones. I love the mat feel of the packaging and the texture. Really stunning collection and by far my favourite one. I really love the blush. I’ve never hit pan with a blush before but I feel this is a blush that I will wear everyday! I love each piece and thank you so much to Chanel for the beautiful pieces.
