Today I meet with the medical oncologist to talk and plan for my treatments. I’m scared and emotional and I pray that I can get through this. This feels like a nightmare. I decided to post the lovely daffodils that my cousin gave me today because daffodils are ”a positive, life-affirming symbol, with a bright and joyful yellow colour. Good morning and happy Friday my friends. Even though I didn’t hear what I wanted to hear from my results yesterday I’m going to take it one day at a time. I won’t lie I’m scared and I cry a lot. I’m trying to stay hopeful and positive. That’s all I can do. Here is my breakfast today. Granola with frozen fruit and almond butter. Coconut 🥥 bites and a sprinkle of chia seeds.
