Orange Cranberry Holiday Cookies RECIPE

Ingredients

1 Cup Crisco

1 1\4 Cups of Brown Sugar

1 Egg

1 tsp Vanilla

The juice of 1 orange

1 tsp Orange rind

1 1\3 Cup of dried cranberries

2 1\2 Cups of flour

1\2 tsp baking soda

1\4 tsp salt

1\4 tsp ground cloves

Instructions

Add the crisco, brown sugar, egg, vanilla, and orange juice in a bowl and mix. Add all dry ingredients in another bowl and mix: flour, soda salt cloves. Then add the cranberries and orange rind at the end. Use a tablespoon for each cookie and place on a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Bake at 350 for 14 min or until golden brown. Enjoy!

WINTER MUST-HAVES

A huge part of my Winter routine includes a lot of creams and oils. I always apply oil on my skin and hair because everything gets dry. I’ve been really loving Indeed Laboratories lightweight facial oil and Indeed Laboratories Nanoblur colour corrector. These two really hydrate my skin and lock in essential moisture. The Facial oil is derived from 100% sugarcane. It really reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles and has improved my skins moisture balance. The colour corrector neutralizes pigment and works by helping reduce redness while locking in moisture. This formula really makes my skin feel smooth and velvety.

Who ever came up with the idea of hand masks is amazing! It’s so wonderful to have soft smooth and hydrated hands. I need more of these asap and these make the perfect stocking stuffers.

I really love using *Flexitol Very Dry Skin Cream for my legs, elbows and hands. I really love this formula and I apply it day and night. Really helps lock in the moisture and doesn’t let my skin get dry at all. No more itchy dry skin!

Holiday Shopping and Fun at STC #HolidayMRKT | Vlogmas Is Here With Good Cheer!

Vlogmas is here and I’ll be uploading a video everyday in December and I sure hope you join me on this adventure! The first day of Vlogmas I had the wonderful opportunity to visit my favourite mall in Toronto. Scarborough Town Centre has some amazing and wonderful Holiday displays. I’ve seen Scarborough Town Centre evolve over the years. They have created a space that is interactive, innovative and have created a magical holiday experience that is unforgettable for shoppers.

The #HolidayMRKT is truly amazing for shopping because they have a coat check and you can have your gifts wrapped all in one area. The proceeds for the wrapping go toward Epilepsy Toronto.

At the #HolidayMRKT they have services that hold on to your shopping bags while you continue shopping. This way you don’t have to carry all your bags around in the mall. I must tell you all the staff that work at the #HolidayMRKT are super friendly and very helpful. The Food Market is also brand new and truly amazing. I highly recommend you visit the STC. You will have the best shopping experience. I love the personalized Christmas ornaments. They have so many to choose from and they make the best Christmas gifts ever. A perfect gift giving idea for the Holidays.
