Back to School Makeup Look – Sleek MakeUP!

Please forgive me I’ve pronounced Barque wrong. lol Silly me. Barque is pronounced the same way bark is. 😉

It’s back to school time and I’ve created a one brand makeup look that is light, fresh and pretty. All the products have been given to me for review purposes and I love them all! I highly recommend SLEEK MAKEUP. The i-Divine “Calm Before the Storm” palette from the Nautical Collection is very beautiful and pigmented. I love how the formula blends so perfectly and the lipstick colour is stunning. The true colour lipstick formula is creamy but not drying at all. The creme to blush formula and colour is so pretty and beautiful. I really love all the products and I highly recommend Sleek Makeup. Here is the look I created. I also have a video to accompany this look.

For this back to school makeup look I used The Nautical Collection i-Divine Palette “Calm Before the Storm” I also used Creme to Powder Blush in PINK PEONY 076, I then used Eau La La Liner in NOIR 289 and True Colour Lipstick which is a semi-matte in the colour REDDY TO SAIL 086. Let’s have a closer look at all the lovely Sleek MakeUp that I used. ( I also used Essence Lash Princess Mascara and Essence XXXLip Shine in 29 CUTE PINK)

Nautical Collection i-Divine Palette “Calm Before the Storm”

I used the Quad on the LEFT SIDE of the Palette.

1.Voyage for all over the eyelid

2. Barque for the crease.

3. AHOY! for the top of the eyelid.

4. STARBOARD for the highlight on the brow bone.

I then used the lovely and creamy EAU LA LA eyeliner in NOIR around my eyes. The liner is soft, smooth and creamy. The amazing part is that it is Smudge proof and waterproof! It is very long lasting.

I then used the beautiful Creme to Powder Blush in PINK PEONY 076. I used my finger to apply the blush. It is so soft and creamy and I absolutely adore this colour! I find that using your finger for the cream blushes is so much nicer and easier. I love this colour. It gives such a beautiful fresh and vibrant feel to the face.

REDDY TO SAIL 086

I used a lip brush for the lipstick because I didn’t want too much on the lips. I wanted a more faint look and a hint of colour. I find that when I use a brush I have more control of how much colour goes on the lips. I used the colour 086 True Colour Lipstick “REDDY TO SAIL” this is also a part of the Nautical Collection. A perfect Coral Red Semi-Matte Lipstick.

Annabelle Cosmetics Smokey Nudes Palette Review and Swatches

Hello my lovely readers. I’m here to share with you some beautiful swatches from the wonderful Smokey Nudes Palette from Annabelle Cosmetics. This palette is now available and the retail price is $12.95 . It is very affordable and beautiful. It has warm tones and cool tones perfect for Fall. I found the shadows to be smooth and soft. I also really love how well they blend. Truly pigmented!

The Smokey Nudes eyeshadow palette is a minimalistic and ultra fresh palette that fits all skin tones and is very versatile. It has warm and cold intense hues. You can create a smokey light look or a smokey dark look with ease. The formula of this palette is really wonderful. It is soft, creamy and you can build intensity.

Here is a Smokey Eye Look that I created with the cool tones from the palette. I will be uploading a Tutorial very soon with this look.

Overall I love this palette. The pigmentation is good and the shadows are smooth and very soft. I would totally recommend this palette for Fall. Annabelle Cosmetics Smokey Nudes offers a smooth, soft and pigmented formula. If you are thinking of buying a palette this Fall, this is the palette to go for! I also want to mention that the packaging is perfect. It’s not too big or bulky.

Reitmans Summer Look!

Hello my lovely readers and friends! I wanted to share with you a lovely Reitmans Summer Look! I’m a huge fan of Reitmans and I’ve always loved Reitmans clothing, shoes, bags and accessories. Reitmans has amazing quality clothing is very stylish and refreshing to wear.

I bought a beautiful Embellished Blouse and it’s now on sale! I love the detail on the front and trim. It’s so pretty and it has buttons going down the back. It’s light and refreshing for Summer. I also love the yellow mirrored sunglasses with the clear trim. Very pretty and light. I always buy my jeans from Reitmans. The jeans always fit perfectly and are very comfortable. I love that they have PETITE size because I don’t have to get my pants hemmed. The sizes are also amazing because Reitmans clothing has Plus Sizes. Yay!

Here I am wearing a beautiful Patterned Printed Crop Top with Patterned Printed Pants that are tapered at the bottom. I can’t tell you how soft and comfortable these pants are! So soft and comfortable yet stylish and very in style! I am not a shorts kind of girl but I just had to buy the Printed Shorts to go with this outfit! The Summer gets hot and the material is perfect for hot days! The Printed Shorts are light and soft! I really love the glasses because they have a cat eye cut. So beautiful! I really love the sandals also with the fringes. Very comfortable and very Boho! I love them!
Here I am having a little fun in the sun! Enjoying some ice tea and very comfortable with my stretchy jeans and light airy top. The white sandals are from Reitmans from last Summer. They are amazingly comfortable!

Here is the look that I’ve created with orange makeup. I decided to add yellow eyeshadow also and white eyeliner on my eyelids. I also added green eyeliner from Clarins around my eyes and softened it up. I feel this gives a contrast.
