Mushroom Potato Vegetable Soup – RECIPE


I’m here to share a cozy and delicious soup that will bring you comfort and warmth. I made this yesterday and I really enjoyed it with come bread. It is really warm and perfect for winter.

Mushroom Potato Vegetable Soup


10 cups of water

200g of Finely Chopped Mushrooms

2 Celery Sticks Finely Chopped

2 Chicken Cubes ( you can use Vegetable Cubes)

2 Garlic Cloves finely chopped

1 onion finely chopped

1 bay leaf

1 all spice ball

1/4 tsp garlic salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

1/4 tsp salt

1/2 cup frozen peas

1 tbs Olive oil

1/4 tsp ground mint leaves

1 cup Frozen Carrots cubed

4 Potatoes cubed



Add everything in the pot and boil on medium heat for 45 min.

When it is cooked I use my Immersion Blender and blend the soup a bit. Not too much because I still want it to be chunky.


So I truly enjoyed eating this soup yesterday. It was so cold outside that this just made me all cozy and warm. It warmed me up and made me happy!
