100g of yogurt  (strawberry flavour)

1 cup strawberries

1 banana

1 cup  milk

Chocolate Banana Strawberry Smoothie

1 Cup Almond milk 

1 Cup Strawberries 

1 Banana

1 tbs honey 

1tbs cocoa powder 

1tbs flax seeds

1tbs hemp hearts 

1tbs chia seeds

Ingredients and instructions

In a blender blend 

1 1/4 cup chocolate soya milk

1/3  cup fresh blueberries 

1 banana 

1 cup fresh strawberries 
1 tbs hemp hearts 
1 tbs chia seeds 
1 tbs 100% maple syrup
