A Spooktacular Snack Mix!

I hope you are having a lovely Tuesday. Today I’m here to share a yummy snack mix with you. A wickedly delicious Snack mix. 👻 🎃 This is perfect for family movie night. You can also toss it on popcorn and even add pretzels to the mix. Enjoy!

Ingredients 👻

1 Cup Almonds

1 Cup Pecans

4 Cups of Shreddies

A dash or two of cayenne pepper

1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice mix

1/2 cup sugar

1/4 tsp cinnamon

2 egg whites

Instructions 🦇

Set parchment paper on baking sheet.

Set oven to 325 F.

In one bowl add Almonds, Pecans, Shreddies.

In another bowl add the sugar, cayenne pepper, pumpkin spice, cinnamon and mix.

In another bowl add two egg whites and mix until frothy.

Mix the egg whites with the Almonds, Pecans and Shreddies. Toss well.

Sprinkle the Sugar and spices on top of the Almonds, pecans and Shreddies and toss well.

Lay the mix on the baking sheet.

Bake in a 325F oven for 10 min, mix the mixture with a wooden spoon and bake for another 10 to 15 min.

Take out the snack mix from the oven and cool.

Add the Reese’s Peanut Chocolate on top.

Feel free to add this mix to your popcorn or add other Halloween candies on top.

Pumpkin Cake With Butterscotch Drizzle RECIPE

Pumpkin spice is in the air! This cake will fill your nostrils with Autumnal pleasure and your mouth with delicious pumpkin butterscotch sweetness.

Ingredients

Mix the wet ingredients with the sugar

1 Cup Pumpkin Pie Filling

4 Eggs

1 1/2 Cups of Sugar

1/4 Cup of Pumpkin Oil

1/4 Cup of Vegetable Oil

1 tbs Vanilla

Mix together the Dry Ingredients

2 1/2 Cups of Flour

4 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp Salt

1tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice

Instructions

Combine the wet and dry ingredients

Place parchment paper in a 7 inch square pan.

Place in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour.

After one hour place a skewer in the centre of the cake and make sure it comes out dry.

Let cake cool on cooling rack.

Cut in to squares and drizzle as much of Smucker’s Butterscotch Topping all over it. I like to let all the pieces soak up all the Butterscotch. I also sprinkled a little icing sugar on top.

Mini Ghost Meringues

Happy Monday! I hope you had a lovely weekend! I made these mini cute meringues and they are so sweet and yummy I wanted to share the recipe with you. 👻

INGREDIENTS

6 egg whites

1/2 tsp cream of tartar

1 cup of granulated sugar

1 tsp vanilla

Wilton candy eyes

Wilton halloween sprinkles

Wilton Black Decorating gel

INSTRUCTIONS 👩‍🍳

Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Using a mixer beat 6 egg whites until you get a stiff peak add the vanilla very slowly. Then slowly add the sugar and cream of tartar as you keep mixing. When the meringue is fluffy and thick you can scoop it into the piping bag.

Use a cookie sheet with parchment.

Make mini meringues with your pipping bag.

If you are going to use sprinkles go a head and sprinkle them before they go in the oven.

If you want to add the eyes do that after the meringues are baked with icing sugar and water as the glue, or use decorating gel.

Place in the oven for one hour.

When you take the meringues out let them cool before peeling them off the parchment paper.

Aww! So cute! I love everything and anything cute, sweet, cuddly and very #kawaii! I’m sharing everything that I find super cute today. I’m crazy for cute things. I’m going to be honest and say that when i’m out shopping I catch my self a lot of time and I say to my self “Maria you are a 41 years old and a mother and you should NOT be wearing things that are pink and cute. Things like that are for little girls!” Then I stop my self and tell that stupid voice to shut up! WHO says that cute things can’t be worn if you are older?

You are never too old for anything cute, fun and colourful! I think the best person that represents how I feel about this is Betsy Johnson. She’s a huge inspiration. She creates beautiful, colourful and FUN Fashion and products that are full of life. I LOVE IT! If you like something, don’t second guess your self! Just go for it! You should buy it and wear it and OWN IT! Life is too short so ENJOY!

This little Lemonade Kit is the sweetest thing. My eldest daughter totally fell in love with this so I gave it to her. She loves it! Again my girls invaded my stash but I’m a good mommy and like to share. 😀 Even though I LOVE Root Beer I gave it to my eldest daughter and my youngest took the orange Fanta. I love Cherry Coke so the Cherry coke is all mine! 😀 These are very moisturizing by the way and I love how they smell. They are rounded and I love how they apply. So smooth and very flavourful. They are exactly like the pop flavours. SO GOOD!
