Trick or Treat? Jell-o Pudding Cups and Caramel Chocolate Pretzel Sticks

*This post was supposed to go up last October but due to my father’s passing I didn’t have the opportunity to post this. I will be making these cups and sticks again. They are delicious!

Hello my friends! I made Jell-o Pudding Cups and Caramel Chocolate Pretzel Sticks and they are a hit at our home. These are perfect for Movie night with the family. Super Easy to make and delicious!

I used orange and lemon jell-o, I also used Vanilla pudding. I made the orange first and let it set in the fridge, followed by the yellow then let it set in the fridge and topped it with vanilla pudding and halloween sprinkles! So delicious and easy to make. My girls love these! These look like candy corn in a cup. Really festive and I hope you try them out. 🎃

I bought pretzel sticks and caramel candies from the Bulk Barn and I also used my favourite chocolate, Lindt of course! I melted the caramel in the microwave and dipped the pretzel sticks in the caramel. I then let them cool in the fridge on parchment paper for a minute or two. I then melted the chocolate and dipped them again in the chocolate. I placed them in the fridge on parchment paper for a minute or two. These are so good! You should totally try making these.

Happy Halloween! 🎃 👻

Happy Sunday! If you love apples and cinnamon this recipe is for you. 🍎 I decided to make this last week and the family really loves it. I Hope you try it out as well. Enjoy and have a beautiful weekend!

For the Apple Mixture

5 Red Apples peeled and sliced. I used a softer red apple that is a bit tart. Feel free to use your favourite type of apples.

1tsp cinnamon

1/2 Cup Brown sugar use less if you like it tart.

1 tbs Coconut oil

For the Crumble mixture

3 Packs of Apple Cinnamon Quaker Oatmeal.

1/4 Cup Brown Sugar (Use less sugar if you like it tart)

1tsp Cinnamon

1 Cup Harvest Crunch Granola cereal

1/4 Cup Maple Syrup

1/4 Cup Coconut oil

Place sliced apples with (The apple mixture) ingredients in a pan. Cinnamon, brown sugar and coconut oil in a frying pan and on low heat cook for 5 min.

In a bowl add the (Crumble Ingredients) apple cinnamon oatmeal, the cinnamon, harvest crunch granola cereal, maple syrup, coconut oil and brown sugar. Mix very well.

Place the apples in a pan. I used an oval corningware.

Top the apples with the Crumple.

Cook in a 350F oven for 15min. This goes really well with ice-cream.

4 Eggs

1 1/2 Cups of Sugar

1/4 Cup of Pumpkin Oil

1/4 Cup of Vegetable Oil

1 tbs Vanilla

1/2 tsp Salt

1tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice

Combine the wet and dry ingredients

Place parchment paper in a 7 inch square pan.

Place in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour.

After one hour place a skewer in the centre of the cake and make sure it comes out dry.

Let cake cool on cooling rack.

Cut in to squares and drizzle as much of Smucker’s Butterscotch Topping all over it. I like to let all the pieces soak up all the Butterscotch. I also sprinkled a little icing sugar on top.
