Goodbye October!

I can’t believe that October has come and gone. It was truly wonderful. Thanksgiving was lovely. Spending time with family was really special and dressing up for Halloween was super fun. You can have a look at all my VLOGTOBER videos if you like. It was so much fun filming everyday. I loved it so much. I thank you for all your support and love that you’ve showed me. It means so much to me.

I can’t believe I did so much in October. Sometimes I don’t realize it until I look at all my pictures. I feel tired. I gave October my full energy. Now that October is over I feel a little down. I’m trying hard to stay positive. I know the winter will be beautiful and very special too. I just have to remember to take good care of my self and toss all the Halloween candy out. More green tea please!

I usually plan a lot of blog posts at this point and think about what my next project will be but as Winnie The Pooh says “Doing nothing often leads to the very best kind of something”. That is my motto for now.

Trick-or-Treat! Give Me Something Good To Eat! October 2018

I will start off by saying that I’ve been spoiling my self this month. I treated my self to a lovely lunch at Kwan Dim Sum Cuisine at Scarborough Town Centre. It was so delicious and fresh. The customer service was amazing and I will be going back very soon for more Dim Sum. So delicious!

I’ve also been enjoying beautiful LUSH bath products. Snow Fairy smells so amazing! Sweet like candy! We don’t have a Lush store at Scarborough Town Centre but if they open one up I will be very happy! Looks good enough to eat!

The fall weather brings on the importance of eating a lot of delicious chocolate and drinking cozy yummy tea. Yes very important. 🙂 Sweet Georgia Browns! Oh Yes! Purdys is one of my favourite Chocolatiers. Delicious!

I’ve fallen in love with October’s beauty and charm. My senses tingle with the love of all October’s festivities. I’ve fallen in love with everything around me. I have my down days but count my blessings and feel gratitude.

Thank you October for your beautiful transformation. Your beauty is exquisite and very sad at the same time. As you drop leaf by leaf to the ground I know that we shall meet again next year. This is not a goodbye. I thank you for all your enchantment.

Happy October! The colours all around us are changing and the cooler weather is here. Thanksgiving and fall celebrations everywhere. It’s a beautiful time of the year. I know I won’t be able to do everything on my bucket list but I’m very excited. Going to Start VLOGTOBER today. Also apple picking can be crossed off the bucket list. Family Fun Apple Picking Day

I did make pumpkin and squash soup in September. I also made pumpkin bread but I’m going to make some more this month. I love fall veggies and soups. Do you? What is your favourite Fall fruit and veggie? What’s your favourite Fall recipe? I would love to know.

Hopefully I’ll be able to capture everything on the Vlog. I will be away from my blog this month due to the Vlogs. I can only do so much and recording, editing and uploading takes a lot of time. So please join me on the VLOG channel if you like.
