Seasource Detox Spa by ARBONNE – REVIEW

blog post banner

I kindly received Seasource Detox Spa by Arbonne. Its a Sea Mud face and body mask. I didn’t use this product on my body. I only used this on my face 3 times. To use this I cleansed my skin and applied a generous amount of the Sea Mud over  my face. I followed the instructions on the box and left the formula on the face for 10-15 min.

When I applied the product it was cold and then it started warming up on the face. The formula didn’t feel good on the skin because my skin started to get irritated and uncomfortable. I then rinsed the mask off thoroughly with warm water and a cloth.

The formula stung and when I took the formula off my skin, my skin remained red, hot and irritable. I had to apply moisturizer right away. I don’t recommend this face mask. Have you ever tried this mask? Just wanted to mention that just because this product didn’t work for me doesn’t mean it will effect you the same way. I would first get a sample if possible. I actually recommend you getting samples before purchasing any full size product. Some products are meant for us and sometimes some don’t work. We are all different and this is my honest opinion.

  1. I’m not really a fan of Arbonne products as a whole but this is the one that I didn’t mind. I did find it made my skin REALLY red (the Arbonne person who sold it to me said ‘that’s good! It’s taking the gunk out’ when really it was just bad for the skin) but I found if I didn’t let it dry all the way it wasn’t so bad. I definitely prefer other clay masks more!

  2. No kidding, never tried this- I used to love their face primer (minus the hefty price ticket) until I found a cleaner, cheaper option. Appreciated the honesty 🙂

  3. Thanks Jodi! My skin goes red and it feels like it’s burning. I won’t be using it again. Thanks so much for your comment and I hope to try other masks from them. Hopefully something else will work. Have a lovely week!
