Cocoon Apothecary began in 2014. The company has skin care that is plant-based vegan, biodegradable and verified organic. Ethically-sourced and the products are great for sensitive and aging skin. Cocoon Apothecary’s skin care line really helps the skin feel the best that it can be and offers the skin nourishment and rejuvenation.

Cocoon Apothecary uses plant ingredients that are full of nourishing properties. Natural plant oils contain vitamins, antioxidants, plant sterols, essential fatty acids and many others. They also use certified organic oils, butters and essential oils and they ensure they are pure and free from pesticides and adulterants. High in antioxidants and sustainable grown.

Cocoon Apothecary only works with non-GMO plants. Everything is made in small batches that average about 250 bottles at a time. This ensures that they are the best quality. Products are always fresh and get shipped out shortly after making them. They do not use distributor so the product comes straight out of their facilities. Under each product there’s a code when the product was made.

Skin Care Starter Kit contains travel size (20 ml) bottles of cleanser, toner and cream for normal to dry skin. I really love this kit. Each product works so wonderfully. I love the cleanser. It really cleans the skin without drying my skin. The Rose Dew toner is beautiful and leaves my skin feeling really nice and hydrated. Each product smells really wonderful and feels really amazing on the skin. Very gentle and soothing.

PETAL PURITY FACIAL CLEANSER

This is a 100% plant-based cream cleanser. It really removes the oils, dirt and make-up off my skin but in a gentle way. The formula has lavender and geranium to help clean the skin and keep it balanced. The formula is organic and has lovely coconut and sweet almond oil to help remove pollutants. It really leaves my skin dewy and feeling very fresh and clean. It is great for all skin types including sensitive skin. I absolutely love this cream cleanser.

INGREDIENTS Purified water, certified organic sweet almond oil, certified organic virgin coconut oil, cetearyl alcohol (wax from coconut), stearic acid (plant-based), vegetable glycerin, certified organic geranium essential oil, certified organic lavender essential oil, sodium anisate (derived from basil), sodium levulinate (derived from corn), sodium cetearyl sulfate (from coconut), rosemary leaf extract.

ROSE DEW FACIAL TONER

The rose dew facial toner is so lovely and refreshing. It’s a 100% organic, alcohol-free and delivers powerful antioxidants and astringents to tighten up pores and prepare skin for moisturizing. It is certified organic rose hydrosol (water). This toner really helps deliver hydration to skin before it gets locked in by a moisturizer. This can also be used with a cotton ball to lightly clean face or remove excess debris after cleansing. I use this in morning and evening after cleansing and before moisturizing. Great for normal, dry and sensitive skin types.

ROSEY CHEEKS FACIAL CREAM

A 100% plant-based facial cream really helps rejuvenate the skin.  It is made with organic oils. My skin feels really smooth after using the facial cream and glowy. The formula has organic rosehip oil, pressed from the seeds of the rose bush, and this is known for its ability to regenerate skin which helps minimizing fine lines, scars and reverses sun damage. The formula also includes avocado which penetrates deep into the layers of the skin to smooth and soften its appearance. There is also organic camellia oil, which helps with inflammation and Organic shea butter to soften and protect the skin. My skin feels so soft and hydrated after using the facial cream. I love the scent of the rose. This facial cream is vegan, non-toxic and biodegradable in an eco-friendly glass bottle.

Ancient Mud | Natural Facial Mud Mask

This mask smells really lovely. It has a lovely floral fragrance. It really helps tighten my skin and it includes dead sea mud and Canadian glacial marine clay. The dead sea mud has essential nutrients and purifies my pores of toxins and pollutants. The glacial marine clay is from the coast of British Columbia and it absorbs deep into the pores. This is to be used once a week and is good for all skin types except highly sensitive skin.  I really enjoy using this mask I feel it really helps revitalize and renews my skin. It also helps purify pores and tightens my skin. It helps exfoliate and really reduces pore size.
