Mental Health is a huge issue as well.

I truly pray and hope that things will be okay.

The character Enola Holmes believes that our future is up to us. I don’t know why but this brings tears to my eyes. Is our future up to us? I hope we can be free again to travel, to go to places, to hug one another. I hope that we can one day get together again without having fear.

Travelled to Stratford Ontario

A busy little place full of commotion and life.

Social distancing in effect. Every shop had hand sanitizer and everyone wore masks.

I took these pictures of less crowded areas but the place was busy as can be.

Great book stores and the river is beautiful. It wasn’t quiet that’s for sure.

Pixi Beauty eyeshadow palettes and blush quads are so stunning! The quads have two blushes, a bronzer and highlight. I love to mix them up and use a bit for eyeshadow sometime and even add the bronzer in the blush for a darker tone. No rules here. Freedom to mix and do what you like. I love these colours for Autumn. So beautiful!

Top left Hazelnut Haze has beautiful warm colours of cream, gold, neutral, bark, sage, bronze, russet, copper and deep.

Top Right Rosette Ray has pretty sweet pink colours like, French Rose, Ice, Glow, Plum, Mocha, Wine, Berry Mushroom, black Tulip.

Bottom Left Blush Honey Nectar has beautiful warm tones of Nectar, Honey, Syrup and Ambrosia.

Bottom Right is Sugar Honey that has a pop of Blossom, Sugar, Rosewood and Petal.

It’s a unique extract that is harvested at its peak from rare peonies and processed through exclusive technology. It’s enriched with niacinamide, panthenol and other anti-aging ingredients. This formula helps with wrinkles and improves skins texture. I find that my skin is hydrated, softer and more even. I was kindly gifted beautiful makeup from Pixi Beauty. I love Pixi and I’ve featured them on the blog before. I received a kit that includes “must-haves” to get the most radiant glow! I really love each product. The eyeshadow sticks glide on nicely and easily without tugging at the delicate eye area. The formula also blends out nicely. The palette is multi-purpose. Blushes, bronzer, highlighter and you can even use them as eyeshadows. They are creamy and soft. They blend really nicely. The mascara is bold and really grabs all the eyelashes and doesn’t smudge at all. The lip lift max gloss is so nice. Gives the lips shine and plumps them up. It smells like peppermint. It’s a lovely feeling on the lips. Very comfortable and also hydrating at the same time.

Here is the makeup look that I created. A love the warm tones. I used the copper eyeshadow stick for all over the eye and the brown stick to define the eyes. I used bronzer, blush and highlight from the palette and the gloss. I love the warm tones which are perfect for Autumn. The mascara definitely didn’t melt all over my eyelids which is amazing!

Avon X The Face Shop Rouge Powder Matte Lipsticks And More

I am loving the formula for these beauties! The Rouge Powder Matte Lipsticks by AVON X The Face Shop are stunning. These are not like any other matte lipsticks that I’ve tried. They have the matte finish and look but they feel moisturizing and they also don’t dry my lips. I’m so pleased with the formula of these lipsticks. I can’t say enough about them. They don’t make my lips look wrinkly and dry. They don’t accentuate the wrinkles on my lips. They make my lips look lovely and feel fantastic! I also love the scent because they smell like a dessert! A very lightweight formula that feels hydrating and comfortable on the lips.

My favourite fragrance at the moment Peony Rose.🌹 The scent is so floral and it just makes me so happy. It’s definitely a spring and summer fragrance. It brings joy to my senses!

I really like this foundation. It covers the skin nicely and evenly and it also feels light and not heavy. My skin feels like it can still breathe when I wear it. VDL Lumilayer primer

This can be used as a lovely highlighter as well. It also works so beautifully with foundation. It gives the skin a lovely dewy look. Violet Lumilayer pigment visibly brightens, plumps and sculpts the look of skin for added dimension and volume. Blurs pores and enhances the wear of foundation providing a long lasting silky texture. These glimmerkiss liquid lipsticks will stay on the lips for a long time. I had to use a makeup remover to get these off. They also contain a little glitter. The formula feels light on the lips.

Pixi Skintreats Hydrating Milky Collection

Hello my lovely beautiful friends! I hope you are all well and healthy. I’m here to share my thoughts with you on the skintreats Hydrating Milky Collection. This collection is available on pixybeauty.com, Shoppers Drugmart and other retailers as well. I’ve been kindly sent these to try them out. Thank you so much to Pixi. They are absolutely lovely and I love them all. Very creamy, smells so good and very hydrating. I love Pixi Skincare and this collection is very nourishing and super hydrating. Very gentle on the skin. I love how this collections smells and also how it makes my skin feel.

Hydrating Milky Makeup Remover

Hydrates the skin and removes eye, face and lip makeup. It removes waterproof makeup. It’s infused with coconut extracts and probiotics. Provides moisture and balance to the skin. It gently tones skin as you remove makeup. Cinnamon extract is used to provide anti-inflammatory benefits. It is paraben free, not tested on animals. It also has oat extract which soothes & hydrates. I really enjoy using this product and it works so well. It also leaves my skin feeling good.

Hydrating Milky Cleanser

Hydrating Milky Cleanser is so creamy and enriched with moisturizing coconut extract, Willow bark extract and skin-perfecting probiotics. This formula provides the skin with deep hydration. It is so rich and soothing. It calms skin irritation. It is formulated with moisturizing jojoba and anti-inflammatory cinnamon extract.

Hydrating Milky Peel

This gently exfoliates the skin. It’s a cream that clears away dead skin cells. It’s very moisturizing and gentle. It’ enriched with natural cellulose. Enriched with coconut and skin-balancing protecting probiotics. Arginine is included to encourage collagen and elastin production. It has antioxidant benefits. It also has other lovely ingredients such as willow bark, cinnamon extract and more. It is paraben-free, not tested on animals. I use this by cleansing my skin first, then I apply a thin layer of Hydrating Milky Peel to my clean face and leave it on for two to three minutes. I gently massage the micro-peeling cream to my skin and rinse it off with water. 

Milky Tonic

Milky Tonic calms, soothes and balances my skin. It’s a lovely gentle facial toner. Infused with Oat Extract to balance and comfort irritated skin. It relaxes my skin and the formula includes lovely botanicals like matricaria flower water, jojoba seed oil, camellia leaf extract, orange peel extract, rose flower extract, vanilla extract, grape extract, lemon extract, clove extract and lavender extract. This milky tonic is suitable for all skin types including very dry or sensitive skin. Alcohol-free formula, paraben-free and not tested on animals.  

Hydrating Milky Serum

After I cleanse my face and tone it I then add the Milky Serum. This serum is full of nutrients and it helps restore dehydrated skin. It is silky smooth and lightweight. The formula boost hydration and doesn’t feel heavy on the face. Formula includes rose water extract, jojoba oil and Aloe Vera. It really nourishes and gives the skin a plumped effect. It is suited for all skin types. Paraben free and not tested on animals.

Milky Lotion

This miky lotion is amazing! Provides a deep hydration and long-term skin moisture. This is great for the face and body. It delivers instant hydration and improves moisture. Formula includes Shea butter, coconut oil, cocoa seed extract. Also includes sweet almond oil and black oat extract. This formula keeps the skin super soft, supple and healthy.
