Apple Cinnamon Walnut Muffins RECIPE

Happy Wednesday!

I have another lovely muffin recipe for you. This one is my absolute favourite!

Set Oven 350F

Makes 12 Muffins.

Place muffin papers in the muffin tin and spray them with non stick baking spray.

Here are the ingredients:

1 Cup Flour

1/2 Cup plain Oats

1/3 cup of brown sugar

1 tbs baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 cup apple juice

1 cup chopped up apple

1 egg

1/3 cup of vegetable oil

1/2 cup chopped walnuts

1/2 tsp cinnamon (mix this with the apples)

1/2 tsp cinnamon for the muffin mix

Instructions

Set oven to 350F

Set papers in muffin tray

Spray muffin papers with non-stick baking spray

Mix all the wet ingredients

Mix all the dry ingredients

Mix the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and use a spatula.

Then add the apples and walnuts and mix.

If the recipe is too think add 1/4 cup of milk.

Spoon the mix in the muffin tray.

Bake for 30 min in a 350F oven.

Makes 12 muffins.

  1. Yum those look fantastic! And I love how you present your food. Last year I was really getting into food photography, but I’ve just been so busy lately. Thanks for the motivation, I’m going to try to take better photos! 🙂
