Dear November And December…

Dear November and December you came in like two sisters who back each other up. Sometimes you get along and sometimes you don’t. You fight, you love and you forgive.

FORGIVENESS

I haven’t written or vlogged for a long time. I was taking care of my family and my dad. I was so busy and tired and then I go the flu. My body and mind was so stressed and tired. I feel I still haven’t fully recovered. My husband helped me so much. He did the laundry and cleaning and he was there for me. I’m so grateful. I LOVE HIM SO MUCH.

LOVE

I’ve been looking at pictures and got so emotional today. Time goes by so fast. My girls are growing so fast it’s scary.

I feel the winter blues have gotten to me and this is why I need to make some goals and plans for my self.

GOALS

I’m trying to be grateful for everything. I’m also trying to follow my heart and sometimes the dreams and my heart conflict with reality. If you know how to fix this let me know. I feel every time I try to follow my dreams and heart it fails on me. It never works out. I’m trying to be patient. I pray to God and ask for his help. I’m emotional and feel so many things. I hope things work out for me.

HOPEFUL

My energy is lower. By the time I go to bed I use to read and watch some Netflix but lately I’m so tired I go to sleep.

I’m going to be honest and say that I’m not happy in Toronto. This city doesn’t make me happy. The architecture and lifestyle doesn’t make me happy and full of joy. My body and heart are aching to live close to the ocean and nature. I feel like getting out of this city and never coming back. I’m sorry if it sounds negative. I love my house and the memories made. Sometimes we just have to follow our heart and inner call. My call is to get my family out of this crazy busy lifestyle. I want to be a part of a smaller community that is close to each other and to the sea. I don’t care how cold it gets and I don’t care how much snow the new place gets. I care about being close to nature.

THE CALL

My one goal for 2020 is to get my driving lessons completed and find a home that has a great community and school for my children. Must be close to the ocean. 🌊 That’s it. So with the help of the universe and God, may he guide us toward the right direction.

My words for the two months were patience, vulnerability, courage and strength. I believe life sometimes gives us a lot of things to deal with. And no matter how sensitive we are as humans we need to allow our self to feel, to cry and to stand up for our selves. Also to support each other and surround each other with positive people. It’s vital to eliminate negative people. Sometimes situations are difficult and eliminating negative people is hard but ultimately it’s imperative for your self. Whether this takes one day or many months it’s important to surround your self with love and kindness.

This was my Christmas Bucket list. I did everything except visit the Christmas Market. Maybe next Christmas. I wish you all a very happy New Year! Have a beautiful and magical 2020!

Santa’s Secret Workshop at Scarborough Town Centre

Happy December! Yesterday my girls and I had the loveliest experience and I wanted to share all the magical details with you. We were invited to Scarborough Town Centre to experience Santa’s Secret workshop!

The girls are telling the elves what they would like for Christmas.

It was a private family event exploring Santa’s workshop and also getting some one on one time with Santa Claus. It was so amazing! We got to meet sweet and very energetic Elves and Santa too!

Santa talked to the girls and asked them what they wanted for Christmas. He also sat by the fire with the girls and showed them the workshop and how he makes all the toys.

He then opened up the magic toy trunk to reveal beautiful stockings. My girls then decorated their stockings with markers and stickers. Santa gave lovely sweets to them and gave them great big hugs.

My girls are so happy and this experience has been so magical and very special. Thank you so much Scarborough Town Centre! It was so amazing and my girls will remember this for ever!

Holiday Season, Life Update and Gift Ideas!

It’s the most beautiful time of the year! Everything around this time is so magical and beautiful. I adore all the beauty of the Christmas Holidays. The stores are all decorated and look so pretty with lights. People are nicer during the Holidays don’t you think? Happy thoughts and love is in the air! My plans for this holiday is to hopefully be able to do VLOGMAS on my Vlog Channel and document everyday in December. I also would like to create content for the beauty Channel. I’ve taken a little break from it but I’m going to plan a video each week starting next week. I’ll be filming my October Favourites and also a Trying on Benefit Cosmetics video which I’m super excited about.

I’m going to be honest and say I haven’t started decorating or shopping for Christmas. Not sure when I will start but hopefully I can plan to buy gifts a little at a time so that gift buying doesn’t become overwhelming. I have many lovely items on my wish list. I would LOVE the NAUGHTY AND NICE MAGIC BOX BEAUTY ADVENT CALENDAR by Charlotte Tilbury, the LIPPIE COUNTDOWN ADVENT CALENDAR by NYX cosmetics, I love and dream of having the The Diptyque calendar one day. Why does it have to be SO Expensive! I would love the Lush and Body Shop beauty Calendars as well.

Vlogmas is here and I’ll be uploading a video everyday in December and I sure hope you join me on this adventure! The first day of Vlogmas I had the wonderful opportunity to visit my favourite mall in Toronto. Scarborough Town Centre has some amazing and wonderful Holiday displays. I’ve seen Scarborough Town Centre evolve over the years. They have created a space that is interactive, innovative and have created a magical holiday experience that is unforgettable for shoppers.

The #HolidayMRKT is truly amazing for shopping because they have a coat check and you can have your gifts wrapped all in one area. The proceeds for the wrapping go toward Epilepsy Toronto.

At the #HolidayMRKT they have services that hold on to your shopping bags while you continue shopping. This way you don’t have to carry all your bags around in the mall. I must tell you all the staff that work at the #HolidayMRKT are super friendly and very helpful. The Food Market is also brand new and truly amazing. I highly recommend you visit the STC. You will have the best shopping experience. I love the personalized Christmas ornaments. They have so many to choose from and they make the best Christmas gifts ever. A perfect gift giving idea for the Holidays.
